Ms Maria is a paralegal at the Firm. She holds a LLB Hons, from the University of London and graduated in 2018. Ms Maria focuses on non-contentious matters including but not limited to, transaction advisory, corporate compliance, document review, due diligence, company formation, drafting of contracts and legal research.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in Pakistan where she mainly focused on PPP projects and project finance transactions. She has experience of handling due diligence mandates on project and project finance transactions, advising on project structuring and the negotiation and drafting of project agreements, such as concession contracts, construction and O&M agreements.
