Foreign judgment – where Kan has defended a multi-millions claim for a contested probate claim decided in the Court of Abu Dhabi Court of Cassation.
Tort claim – where Kan has represented and appeared in the final hearing for the Defendant in relation to a claim for trespass to person and negligence for transmitting STDs to the Claimant. Kan has successfully defended the Claimant’s claim.
Property Litigation – where Kan has represented 50 leaseholders in the First-tier Property Tribunal, challenging the aggregate £3m of reserve funds requested by the freeholder. The case was settled with a favourable terms for the leaseholders.
