Shuab has over 20 years’ experience in construction law advising on consultants’ appointments and construction contracts mostly in-house as a qualified solicitor in the UK. He is familiar with adjudication and arbitration procedures and many different forms of contract including commercial and IT supplier agreements including those in different jurisdictions.
He has exceptional attention to detail and is committed to providing the best possible service for his clients with extensive experience of negotiating contracts and achieving favourable outcomes.

• Advising upon indemnities and onerous clauses in relation to a major new development in Dubai involving a government body and liaising with a local lawyer
• Acted on behalf of a global engineering company in a claim for delay and disruption costs pursuant to a multi-million pounds PFI/PPP contract.
